They finished the job on Friday and it’s even better than I had expected, the only way I can describe it is it’s like having a Pac a Mac protecting my whole house. The stonework now looks new and the white sections makes the whole house look brand new. The overall experience was excellent from the sales staff to the fitters. We had no problems at all and the job was done to a high degree. Very happy with the finished result which was put in place just as the temperature was rising.

The surveyor who came to see us, Andrew, was well presented, knew his product and answered all our questions. At no time did he make us feel pressurised to sign up. He organised the date of installation and gave us an idea of what to expect. We had a follow up call on Monday thanking us for our order, we also got a call Monday advising us what time to expect the fitters on the next day.
She calculated all of our energy savings, position of the house etc and we got everything booked in. The Loft insulation team came the following week, which was incredibly quick. We were surprised at just how quick they were.

Turns out the right to cancel is within 14 days and no right to cancel when the work is done, hence they were getting us booked in so fast. What happened next made it so we knew we made the right decision. When on the phone to cancel, the chap who was in the house the day before picked up the phone and said 'it's Justin, I was in your house yesterday'. Which is odd because he'd said his name was Rick and Richard at different points the day before.

Carpets on stairs etc covered and house kept clean. Unfortunately the contents of the loft were moved but were left stacked against the far wall where I will need to climb and sort them again. Reading other reports perhaps I should have asked them to return items to appropriate place. The work was done just before I turned heating off so have not ascertained efficiency yet. I found that from the time the engineer Malik came to the house to explain how lcynene might help with some issues i had with damp i felt it would be the product for me. The men who came to install the product were also very polite and helpful and I am pleased with the end result.
A very professional job from beginning to end. Arrived on time, carried out the installation very efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They worked extremely hard and clean to ensure insulation was finished to a high standard. Our home is so much warmer and have yet to put our heating on.
Just had loft insulated with icy nene, Ghufran who came to talk to us about the product was very well informed and talked us through the whole process. The two men that came to do the job were very clean, making no mess at all and got on with the job with very little bother to me. I can't actually say whether it has saved us money on bills because it is too soon after having the insulation applied. Last Tuesday an engineer from Home Logic came to my home to do an Energy check on my dwelling.
Stressful job with pressuring customers to buy while being pressured by office, no expenses paid, long hours, lots of driving, questionable leads, not great pay for most of salespeople. The install department gave a customary phone call the day before install to inform me of the who would be carrying out the job and to reiterate their arrival time. We are very happy with the final result but not so happy with how we got there.
The salesperson clearly explained the details of the product, and explained the process in ways that, as a completely non-technical person, I could understand. The surveyor was clear about what would be done and identified a couple of minor problems, which were rectified as part of the installation. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and cleanly. At the end of the process I needed to do no cleaning nor restoring of any damage...
