We found him polite, knowledgeable and straighforward. We were attracted by the fact that the insulation is vegetable-based and breathable. They arrived on time introduced themselves and didn’t leave any mess even owned up when they damaged a light and we were given a refund to replace it. I was advised during the 2nd install that the original driveway had not been installed correctly and that no drainage holes had been drilled hence the driveway coming away.

It has made the loft more sound proof it also will keep the loft at a more controlled heat over the summer as well as winter. Loft foam installation
We had our loft insulated, found it quite expensive but having said that I believe given time we will benefit and save on our heating bills. It's been a very cold winter and I think we are warmer as a result. The workmen carried out the job cleanly and efficiently. Had the underside of the roof insulated by Home Logic.
Tom and George were on time and worked hard to get the job done and more importantly cleared up and left the room clean when they left. All in all it was a positive experience - well done. Home Logic were very thorough in conducting a survey of my house and after researching the product I decided to have my loft insulated by them. The installers were prompt, courteous, professional, fast and tidy. They were able to answer all my questions and left the house in a clean and tidy state. From the sales person that came to visit me to the team that installed the spray foam, all were polite, helpfull and done their best to do a good job, they cleared up making sure they left all perfect.

We are so delighted that we were able to work efficiently for you and that we didn't leave any mess when installing the product. Fitters arrived early on the hotist day of the year, notice an instant difference in tempature. Would highly recommend having your roof foam insulated.
Just had loft insulated with icy nene, Ghufran who came to talk to us about the product was very well informed and talked us through the whole process. The two men that came to do the job were very clean, making no mess at all and got on with the job with very little bother to me. I can't actually say whether it has saved us money on bills because it is too soon after having the insulation applied. Last Tuesday an engineer from Home Logic came to my home to do an Energy check on my dwelling.
They told me they were carrying out market research and would carry out a free energy review. They informed me that if the survey highlighted any issues they could apply for grants on my behalf that would greatly reduce the cost of the work. When their extremely friendly and likeable engineer came to my home he recommended Icynene spray foam insulation. He told us the felt in the loft was brittle and there was mould on the wood beams. He took pictures and e-mailed them to apply for the grant. The Surveyor was really friendly and explained the process of both solar panels and loft insulation.
I asked for the guarantees to be issued and was told that they would arrive in the post. Later that year, part of the driveway started to come away. I contacted Homelogic in Jan/Feb 2018 to complain and was told someone would contact me to come out and view. I chased from February to around August and was told that they were awaiting replacement stones to fix the gap that had appeared. In this time, the resin had started to fade and the driveway looked awful.
The generator was noisy and intrusive and broke down on one occasion which meant the job could not be completed and had to be delayed. As the spraying was being carried out a wasp nest was discovered which caused another postponement and we had to get a pest control company to deal with it. The nest should have been discovered during the initial survey. Friendly, polite, efficient, job completed in good time.
